Expanded Horizons will be running a “double issue” next month in lieu of a new issue this month. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

In the meantime, we have a special treat for those of you who enjoy international speculative fiction.

Our August issue is released!

Dear Readers,

Our August issue is now online, with five new stories and a whiff of winter! This is our tenth issue and we will soon celebrate our one year anniversary.

We will begin taking artwork submissions and posting artwork submissions guidelines later this month – stay tuned for the announcement!

Also, our call for fairy tale stories originally posted on Livejournal is still open – we have already received a few excellent stories and we are still on the lookout for more!

Expanded Horizons is not on summer break – we present our July issue with four new stories for your enjoyment! We have also added a few minor features; stories sorted by topic are now colored by frequency.

We will also have a way of accepting donations soon. Please remember that Expanded Horizons is an entirely volunteer-supported effort: all proceedings will go toward paying authors!
